* Email forwarding is included only for domains purchased through us. Domain prices are not listed nor included within the package price as the prices for domain names are dependent upon the domain name chosen. Top level domains are typically priced from $9.99 USD per year, but you should contact us for specific pricing.
** The Business+ package includes everything included with the standard package, however please note that the Google GSuite gmail service is a superior product to the standard mail forward included within the standard package, so it is unlikely you would want to use a mail forward in this case. As the mail forward is included within the package price, there is no refund or compensation for not using it. It is also subject to the terms in the footnote above (*).
◊ Unlimited Minor Edits (UME) includes a Site Anniversary Homepage Refresh, refreshing your homepage's content once every 12 months, and also an unlimited number of any small changes - this includes changes such as the update of contact details, contact form fields and map locations, upload of new images or items on your website's gallery or menu, and other similar such changes. We aim for a 5 day turnaround time on such 'minor edits'. UME does not include major changes to the design and structure of the site, such as; changes to the colour scheme of the website, adding additional pages, store/eCommerce management (such as but not limited to adding, modifying or removing of store products), additional technical works and programming, etc. - these changes are considered to be ‘major edits’.
